Connexa is an independent owner, builder and manager of passive mobile telecommunications infrastructure assets. Passive elements are the non-electronic infrastructure on a mobile cell site (see picture below).

Colocation
Solutions

Co-location is what we call it when multiple telecommunication operators share the same mobile tower. Instead of each company having to build their own tower, each operator can install their antennas and equipment on a single tower, reducing the overall cost and space requirements.

You just tell us where and when you want a site built and our team of experts will collaborate with you to find the optimal solution. We take care of every step, working with you to identify the site to overseeing construction, ensuring a seamless end-to-end process that’s all managed by us.

Connexa currently has New Zealand’s largest forward build commitment with 670 Build-to-Suit towers confirmed for delivery over the next 10 years. We’re planning to add even more Build-to-Suit sites to this total.

Our team of specialist Project Managers are here to support, manage, or deliver your projects and programs of work.
We’ll find the right site, manage site selection, take care of landlord and lease negotiations, and handle consent applications. We’ll manage the ongoing leases and the property maintenance.

We’re experts at this, managing well in excess of 2000 leases and over 50,000 pieces of associated infrastructure every day.
