Connexa named finalist in Best Places to Work Awards

Connexa is proud to announce that we have been named a finalist in the 2025 Best Places to Work Awards.

In less than three years, Connexa has achieved significant growth and transformation, including:

• Expanding from a team of five to more than 90 dedicated Connexans

• Growing our portfolio to over 2,500 mobile towers

• Taking on responsibility for New Zealand’s largest forward-build programme of mobile towers

• Redesigning our delivery model to better serve our customers

• Expanding our office space four times to support our growing team

• Building a culture founded on collaboration, passion, and a shared commitment to enabling connectivity across Aotearoa

While our business is centred on building towers, we believe our strongest achievement is the team we have built together. Being recognised as a finalist in the Best Places to Work Awards is an honour, and a reflection of the people who make Connexa what it is today.
