Connexa welcomes CDPQ as a new major shareholder

Connexa is excited to officially welcome global investment group CDPQ as a co-controlling shareholder. Following regulatory approval, CDPQ and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan now each hold a 50% equity stake in Connexa.

This marks an exciting milestone for Connexa as we continue to grow and unleash the power of connectivity for Aotearoa. Their global expertise and support will help strengthen our ability to deliver for our customers and communities.
